Journeying opens you to your intuition and superconscious where you can receive guidance and healing. Come gather together and journey into your intuitive and creative self. We begin with 15 minutes of drumming and rattling together in various tempos and rhythms or you can simply listen. Then you will lay down to receive a couple of guided shamanic journeys. As you relax into your innocence you will receive guidance and gifts. The vibrational frequency of sound. and journeying allows you to open into deepened intuition, and enter a Theta brain wave state which elevates your energy and consciousness.
Through shamanic drumming, rattling and journeying we enter non-ordinary states of reality and align with our source connection. In this timelessness we access insights, guidance, connection and healing. We journey to connect with and retrieve energy that assists us in our lives on many levels. Connecting with our gifts, destinies, retrieving lost energy, aligning with supportive places on earth and receiving guidance, allies and healing. All ancient cultures use journeying to receive guidance, invoke assistance, retrieve energy and provide healing.
A safe and sacred space will be held as you drum/rattle and then receive shamanic journeys as well as learn how to journey for yourself and practice this if you choose. After the 2 journeys. Q&A and sharing will be optionally open at the end.
BRING:
Your drum or rattle if you have one
A candle
Some incense
Pen and paper or a journey
An eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes during the journeys
Be prepared to lay down in a comfortable place undisturbed to receive the journeys.
Please no drugs or alcohol before the session.
