I’ve had many dark nights of the soul as well as profound awakening experiences that have changed the way I look upon life and the world. From a young age, I could see energy and feel things others could not. My sensitivity and empathic nature was a challenge but I realized later this would be my greatest gift.

I had many challenges in my 20’s and 30’s and struggled with depression, back pain and later, a debilitating health condition. These experiences took me deep into my dark night initiation where I had to connect with my spirit deeply to heal myself and recommit to life and my mission for being here. Through my awakening and ascension journey, I’ve learned to navigate the terrain. I am here to be of service to you on your own unique journey. I understand that we each must find our way to remember our own true freedom and source connection. I’m here as a guide and midwife on your path.

I’ve been blessed to train and study with a variety of renowned teachers, shamans and healers, and to have training in numerous transformational modalities over the last 25 years. I also lived in the Andes mountains of Peru for seven years where I worked with and was initiated directly into the Andean indigenous earth and wisdom keeper lineage. I received insights and apprenticeships from earth keepers and curanderas, and direct transmissions from the high mountains and Mother Earth.

My goal is to support you in stepping into your power by shifting your energy from limitations to inspiration, from the past to the present, and from self-doubt to self-discovery.
