Stewart mineral springs Retreat Center

Stewart springs is nestled in the forest and mountains fed by pristine healing mineral waters. This natural rustic setting is a place where you can hear the sound of the flowing river while you sleep and enjoy awakening to the sound of birds. Nourishing flowing healing clear waters are a gift to bathe and purify in. These unique springs have a red and white spring meaning cold and hot, which are the feminine and masculine rays of water only known to be found in Glastonbury. Tall trees, trails and spacious natural areas to explore and commune with the elements make this spot idea for our nature getaway. It is a spiritual spot of of deep healing.

The retreat center is an oasis of natural beauty set in a natural landscape of mountains, trees, beautiful waters.

A Rustic Setting to commune with nature

Each room is simple and has it’s own bathroom and warm shower. We will have daily outings to Mt. Shasta, Castle Lake, Fairy Falls, Mcloud Falls. We will spend our evenings and morning at the center. You will have time to explore the nature and trails around the center, and of course the magical pristine river. .

NOURISHING ORGANIC MEALS

Our incredible chef will prepare delicious gourmet organic vegetarian meals with wild salmon and organic chicken options will be served. The bounty is sourced organically is incredibly nourishing and delicious. Herbal teas, salads, soups, stews and and gourmet dishes are prepared by a highly regarded local chef. Special meal requests can be accommodated.

My mission is to serve you on your journey of awakening to your authentic self, unique path and remembering your own luminosity. Within you lies the wisdom to heal, find purpose and access the freedom to thrive. Holding a space of compassion, I facilitate you on your journey of aligning you with your own vitality, frequency, wisdom and highest destiny.

Weaving shamanic energy medicine, alchemy, sound healing and integrating holistic approaches to healing, transformation, coaching and mentorship for the past 20 years, I have been serving clients on their life journeys and awakening to their highest potentials. I have led worldwide retreats as well as annual pilgrimages to Peru for the last 16 years. I am devoted to guiding you in awakening to your gifts and learning how to step into your self mastery.

I have trained in a variety of modalities of healing and coaching over the last 25 years. Some include; Shamanic Energy Medicine through The Healing Light Body School and the Four Winds, Toltec Shamanic Healing, Intuitive Coaching through Natural Success, Advanced Theta Healing, Sound Healing with The Seattle Sound Temple and Yoga and Ayurveda in numerous teacher training. I worked directly with indigenous healers have been initiated into the lineage of earth and wisdom keepers. I am a full Mesa carrier in the Q’ero Andean traditions. I use sound to activate healing with the crystal bowls, drums, rattle and voice I am passionate about assisting you on your own path of empowerment and finding your original freedom, authenticity and joy.

JULIA FRANCIS

Julia Francis is a sound healing practitioner and singer-songwriter whose vibrations offer soul-level catharsis. Her passion is helping people embrace their power to ground and heal themselves with their own voices. With her own voice and crystal alchemy bowls, she provides sacred sound experiences that create space for relaxation and profound inspiration. As a lifelong disciple of the vocal arts, Julia offers private vocal attunement sessions that help people create space in the body for emotions to move and transform. Working with groups through workshops and retreats, Julia facilitates the practice of sacred sound-making for processing grief and working with the ancestors.

Julia looks to her Celtic heritage, and studies with shamanic practitioners and sound healers across the globe to understand the power of the unseen. “Working with clients who are seeking support to focus, ground and clear energetic blockages gives me the courage to sing about the brilliant light that shines from within and connects us all.
