Shifting Frequencies & Rebirth

Spring is here. I write to you after a peaceful walk in a nearby garden, where I watched the cherry blossoms unfurl, and the magnolias begin to awaken, and the morning birds sing. Though winter’s chill still lingers in the Northwest, all of nature is stirring, preparing  for a fresh start. We are in a time of transition on many levels. What are you ready to open to this season? What are you putting your attention toward?

The best step forward at this time is to empty yourself into more presence—letting go of the old identities and outer turbulence. The identity driven life can never give us the satisfaction we seek. But when we release from its grip, and go within we open ourselves to what is new, true and growing. Living from the inside out, in our authentic natural frequency, assists us in navigating the winds of change.

One of the participants in my metamorphosis women's group shared a beautiful experience she had while watching a caterpillar throughout its many phases over days of transforming into a butterfly (photos below).  The journey of the caterpillar entering its chrysalis and emerging as something entirely new mirrors what many of us are going through now. Like the caterpillar in its cocoon, it’s time for us to shed the old, embrace the process of renewal, and prepare to spread our wings once again.

So, what intention is emerging within you as you open yourself to a new chapter of what is important in life now? What is the underlying frequency of life that you would like to live from?

The truth is, while we can set an intention, life’s unfolding is still a mystery. We can face that mystery with fear or trepidation, or we can meet it with curiosity, expecting that the best is yet to come. When we set a course and expect positive outcomes, we actually influence the result with our perception—something that quantum physics has now proven, though alchemists and shamans have long known this truth.

Now is the perfect time to release the past season and set an intention for what you’d like to bloom. Blooming, after all, is about being the fullest version of yourself—open, vibrant, and alive to your unique vision. Like a unique butterfly, do not pretend to be a caterpillar and do your best not to hang on to the old identity. Be who you truly are now, in your true inspiration and frequency, staying open to what is emerging.

I’ve noticed, both in my own life and in the lives of the clients I work with, that when we align with our highest inspiration, the “how” doesn’t matter at first. It’s about taking that next step, trusting that like a butterfly emerging or a flower unfolding, the path will naturally reveal itself. The creation of this inspiration has nothing to do with what your identity does. The creation has a flow of it's own. Your job is to empty, listen, and act in alignment with the creative inspiration.

May you embrace your new visions and take the next step to make space in this season of transition and rebirth. In the coming days, I encourage you to spend a moment in nature, witnessing the new life that is awakening around you. Take the time to clear some space— by doing a gentle cleanse, tidying your closet, and simply setting your intentions for what you wish to bloom in yourself the season ahead. Eating lighter in the transition of seasons is helpful for health and vitality. I have included a recipe of a morning cleansing tonic for you below.

Soon, I will be heading to the Andes of Peru to guide our transformational retreat there. It will be an opportunity to empty and see life in a new landscape and vision, opening to the majesty of sacred places and the magic that awaits in the mystery. I will share some photos on my return. May you open to the mystery and magic today in presence of what is emerging.

With warmth and anticipation for what is to come in the spring season ahead,

Love and Light,
Ashera
